Trading post blueprint issues

Hi,
      Problem in WoD. My character TheAwesomePo has built a lvl 1 Trading post. Tried to upgrade to level 2 Trading Post.

Said I already knew the blueprint. Showed that I did on the description.

Tried to Upgrade, said blueprint needed.

Allowed me to learn lvl 3 Trading post?


Please help.
